BEFORE LOGGING IN, follow
these instructions to save your site's mobile app icon to
your home screen.
Do not go to App
Store.
1. Tap Safari* > Enter your site's web address > tap blue arrow in lower right corner.
*Chrome or other browsers not supported
2. If you have a public site, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) > tap LOGIN.
If not, skip to step 3.
3. Tap Mobile App.
4. DO NOT LOGIN. Tap three dots in lower right corner.
5. Tap Share.
6. Scroll down > Tap Add to Home Screen.
7. Tap Add > app icon is saved to your home screen > Tap app icon.
8. Enter user name and password* > optional tap 'remember me' > Tap LOG IN.
*If you don't know your user name or password, tap Forgot login and follow the prompts.
*If your site has two-factor authentication, Forgot Login for Two-Factor Authentication Sites for instructions.
You're In!
On CALENDAR
- tap Subscribe EVENTS to sync all events to your preferred calendar
- tap info icon to access User Guides with step-by-step instructions for all things ChapterPRO
- scroll to view events and note your RSVP status for each event
- tap event title to view full event, then swipe for previous/next event
- tap RSVP
- tap Attendees to view list and tap any name to view their profile
Tap MEMBER icon at bottom center for Member Directory
- search for member by entering first name, last name, company name or email address
- scroll to view list of members
- tap on member name to view their profile > tap any icon on the Contact tab to engage with member
- tap any other tab for Personal, Company, Activities or Photo, then swipe for previous/next member
Tap MENU icon at bottom right corner
- tap any title to find all other site information which is customized for each customer, like News, Leadership, Forums, Groups, Social Media or Logout
- tap member name to go to their profile
