1. Go to site > click or tap first visit or forgot login
2. Enter your username > click submit
- The default username is "firstnamelastname" for members, "lastnamefirstname" for spouse/partners (lowercase, no spaces)
- If you don't know your username, contact your site administrator
3. Choose a method to receive the verification code: text message, voice call, or email
4. Enter the verification code > click submit
5. Create a new password following the instructions > click login
