Add your groups event schedule to Outlook calendar. We recommend using Outlook.com for best results.

Subscribe to calendar DOES NOT REGISTER YOU FOR EVENTS. You must RSVP to events as usual.

NOTE: Outlook calendar may not sync between devices. Be sure to Subscribe to Calendar on each device. 



1. Go to website > enter user name and password > click sign in

2. Click SUBSCRIBE TO CALENDAR > click Outlook.

3. Click Open Outlook.

NOTE: Depending on which browser you are using (Google Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, Yahoo, etc.) this pop up message may look different. Be sure to select 'Outlook' and open the link (i.e. Open Outlook, Open Link, OK, etc)

4. Microsoft Outlook Pop up for Calendar Subscription > click Yes.



7. The Subscribed Calendar is added to Outlook calendar.

TIP: click event title to view event details, calendar is added to Other Calendars, and events display on calendar.





NOTE: TBD dates are not included in the Subscribe to Calendar. As soon as the date is set by the Administrator, the Member's calendar will be updated.

NOTE: "Microsoft Outlook doesn't provide a menu option that will combine calendars." We do not advise exporting and importing this subscribed calendar as it results in events no longer syncing with the subscribed event calendar (will not get updates to events).



View All Calendars in Overlay Mode



1. On the calendar tab, click arrow

TIP: In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane, select the check box of another calendar that you want to view.



2. The calendar is now in overlay mode.

TIP: Calendars appear on the one you opened first — usually your default calendar.
TIP: To add another calendar to the overlay, repeat step 2.
