updates are uploaded every hour
Subscribe to calendar DOES NOT
REGISTER YOU FOR EVENTS. You
must RSVP to events as
usual.
1. Go to Mobile Web App > enter user name and password > tap log in.
2. Tap SUBSCRIBE TO CALENDAR > tap Google.
3. Tap Chrome > tap just once.
*If you have a default browser set - continue
to step #4.
4. Follow Google directions to Sign in.
5. Tap Yes, add this calendar.
6. The Subscribed Calendar is added to Google calendar under "Other calendars" section, events display on calendar.
NOTE: It may take up to an hour for the long URL title to change to the group name, i.e. YPO XXX Chapter.
TIP: click event title to view event details.
NOTE: TBD dates are not included in the Subscribe to Calendar. When the date is set by the Administrator, the subscribed calendar is updated.
OPTIONAL: Adjust
calendar settings to your
preference, i.e. receive
notifications when event is
changed, receive daily agenda
etc. Ask Google to find
instructions for either using
Google Calendar through the
phone's browser, or the Google
Calendar app.
