Adding an Assistant to your profile

MEMBER'S ASSISTANT 


A member can have up to two assistants, entered under the Company tab. 

A member's assistant can:
  • retrieve the member's login credentials using their own email address if entered in the member profile
  • log in using the member credentials, acting as member; they do not have their own login
  • receive emails when box is checked in Recipients to include them
  • receive texts when box is checked in Recipients to include them
COMPANY > ASSISTANT(S) > Enter the assistant's title, and first name.

Optional: Add Last name, email, phone, cell and/or fax.

TIP: Assistants receive copies of RSVP confirmation emails if their email is entered in the profile, unless this is unchecked in Contact Preferences. See RSVP Confirmation Email Delivery for details.

SPOUSE'S ASSISTANT 

A spouse's assistant can:

  • retrieve the member's login credentials using their own email address if entered in the member profile
  • log in using the member credentials, acting as member; they do not have their own login
  • receive emails when box is checked in Recipients to include them
  • receive texts when box is checked in Recipients to include them
FAMILY> SPOUSE > ASSISTANT > Enter the assistant's title, and first name.

Optional: Add Last name, email, phone, cell and/or fax.
