EO Chapters - Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO):
A user authentication system that allows a user to log in once with a single set of credentials to access multiple applications or websites. It eliminates the need for users to remember and enter different usernames and passwords for each service, improving both convenience and security by providing a centralized point for authentication and access management. 

Members have two options for logging in to their chapter website/mobile app:
A. use their ChapterPRO site login credentials
B. use their EO Global login credentials

When using the EO Global credentials, this is referred to as Single Sign-On or SSO.

NOTE: The ChapterPRO site must have SSO enabled. If you don't see "sign on with EO Global" on the login screen, your chapter does NOT have this enabled.


First Time Set Up

1. On the log in screen enter your chapter site user name and password > click on 'sign in'.

TIP: If you don't know your chapter site user name and password click on forgot login.
If it asks for your email address, enter it in the field, click request login and check your email inbox. 
If your site has two-factor authentication, enter your user name, the default is firstnamelastname. Then follow the prompts.

2. On the landing screen next to your photo click on the edit pencil.

3. In the member profile editor > click LOGIN > SINGLE SIGN ON LOGIN > EO EMAIL > enter the email associated with your EO Global log in > click VERIFY. A verification code is sent to your email.

4. Go to your email program and copy the 6-digit verification code > return to editing your profile > paste it into the ENTER CODE field > click SAVE.

5. A pop-up window displays confirming 'Email verified and saved.' > click OK

Future Logins


The next time you log in, click “Sign on with EO Global” and you're in!
